How about you start by repainting the KTM31 variant....

There is a repaintable KTM23 and a KTM31, but not the KTM CL tram-train.
Plus, KTM 23 and 31 trams don't have ZUB protection to run on the tram network around Hageningen.

However, you could pretend KTM31 gets fitted with ZUB protection by pressing CTRL+SHIFT+A to disable ATB protection
