After some extensive research I discovered that this image was taken by the train monitoring system. This system was recently put in place to check the condition of the wheels and boggies before access Rijndam Centraal. Note that this photo was not shared by an employee but a hacker who was passing by the.
For the story, at the moment he gave his approach to hack the system and the flaw was fixed. The management hesitated but allowed the hacker to continue to have access to the image base.
