Metro Simulator doesn't work when recording with Bandicam

Hello. I tried to record the game with bandicam. I recorded only one time, all next times I failedd. The game froze and in a few seconds became just a gray screen with nothing. Is there any fix for this?

Personally, I use ActivePresenter (don't worry; it's free and very easy), both to record the simulation, and to edit the resulting video.

Bandicam works fine now, ActivePresenter is too laggy for me.

I know you're on Windows 7, but if someone is on 10, they can also use the system's screen recorder by pressing Win+G
