Tram tracks in Hageningen

I was watching at the trains in Simvliet and went to explore the Hageningen, but I noticed there are tram tracks near the Hageningen Central. There are 2 tram stops near the train station. They don't have a depot and there are no trams and overhead wires. Is that an easter egg or a new tram line project?

Its just part of the other tram lines , there are at least 13 trams in the city , this is just another part of them

But they don't have overhead wires, don't have trams, don't have a depot to come from

Then perhaps they are just here as a scenery element, at least for now.
