Maybe a more simple solution is to create a high frequency tram line that only operates during soccer games, like RET does right now.

Maybe just make a big transport hub with metro, trams and buses? Most of the tram routes will connect here, and there will be a bus station for alot of buses and intercity buses to arrive on the match day.
