To start.... There are no "MunchenA23" trains numbered 6901. So those codelines will not result in a train to be placed in the simulation.

Probably not going to happen :D

If you want to drive that train, I suggest getting Microsoft Train Simulator, and the addon "Berlin Subway" from TML. I have played that a lot; it uses the MSTS game-engine (so having MSTS installed is required), but it has better graphics then MSTS on it's own provides. It needs MSTS to work, but will however install as a separate program.
There are two complete lines: U2 and U8, and all train types that operate those lines are available. Trains even get more dirty when you use them longer.

The build-in station announcement system is way more advanced then the "Omroeptool" you can get for Metrosimulator; you can set your start station by giving up a station code (while driving!), and then go up or down the list at will. You can announce the side of the platform at the next station as often as you like (example: "Austieg in fahrrichtung Rechts" -> "exit, in driving direction, on the right"), and announce that the doors will be closing ("Zuruckbleiben Bitte" -> "Please stay back"), or that you have reached your end station and everyone should get off ("Diese Zug ended hier, wir bitte alle Fahrgaste aus zu steigen" -> "This train ends here, we ask all travelers to get out" ). All with different keys.

Disadvantage: This being based on the MSTS game engine, it does not have a CVL system, and you can not move as freely around as in Metrosimulator. You can set the destination display on the train before you board your train (in the menu before starting the actual simulation), but can not change it while you are driving. And... It's payware.

The Berlin Subway addon for MSTS is available here: https://www.tml-studios.de/game/berlin-subway/?lang=en
Youtube of the Type H on line U2 (in-game): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rK8x0J_r4Rc

Your trains have better graphics.
but msb is the best metro simulator and the announcements aren't important. The addon isn't realistic because the type h is "großprofil" and the u2 is a "kleinprofil" line.
And your addon won't be payware

Jim2016 wrote: 03 Jan 2020, 17:39 Editing any file as plain text and saving it back to 000 will just make the file corrupt (as they don’t contain just text actually) and thus the simulator to crash when trying to load the file
so i tried it again(with hex editor) and it showed up in the list of trains you can spawn, but when i spawned it basically every texture was gone. how i did it was deleting the ¨dummy=true¨ part. some help? here are some pics

Thanks!

I agree!
The addon isn't realistic because the type h is "großprofil" and the u2 is a "kleinprofil" line.
But the type H being the best train in the addon, I have used it on U2 most of the time too, just like the one who made that youtube video. Also very usefull in that addon; you can select your traintype before selecting the activity you will be playing. So if you want to use the Type H for your service.... you can. :)
And your addon won't be payware
It has to stay a hobby ;)

I like to have at least the outside of the train (in good quality) as a basis before I start, as I am not good at making those. The inside.... I am getting better at; made that myself for the Glasgow metro, NS ICM and NS DDM for example.

And for the type H, there is no model on 3D Warehause. So it is not in considderation. ;)
