I didnt mess with 000 files at all But i think the cause could be a file corruption. Im gonna try to do a fresh instalation after the weekend.

Appologies for another double post but this time i have some great news! I installed a different program that required the exact same programs as MSB does(microsoft visuals and directX) and it is now working!`

incase you wonder:It was Bus Simulator 2012 that appearently installed something that MSB needed and now MSB is working

I want to play the Simulator on my new surface. it crashed down when i open the game. What can i do

i tried reinstalling and installed the direct x and farmwork

The Surface 3 isn't made for gaming at all. The 128MB dedicated Iris Plus Graphics isn't good enough to play games.

but before i had a laptop with 4gb ram, 128gb ssd, intel premium cpu 4405u.

Yeah, but that one had a 2GB NVIDIA Geforce MX250 and not only 128MB dedicated Iris Plus Graphics.

RAM, HDD/SSD and CPU could be better, the graphics card needed for gamings isn't to say the least.
