Maybe the ETS uses the Radeon graphics. If you’re on Windows 10, go to Settings > System > Display > Graphics settings. There, select "Desktop App", click Browse, find the Simulator.exe file and click Add. Then, click its tile in the list below, click Options, choose the option with the Radeon graphics and click Save.
After that, MSB will run with the Radeon card.

I have a problem...
i have never had a problem playing MSB. Then after i changed something in the Munchen.000 file concerning the the train with the pantograph(which at first i tried to do with a hex editor, didnt know how to use it so i deleted the program soon after and just did it with notepad then it worked), i wanted to start it up, and now i dont even get to the menu for selecting a route where i want to play on. does anybody now what i might have done wrong

They .000 files aren't something to play with in the first place. They contain more than just the trains itself. Hex editors don't show all things and don't think about links between files. When you edit a wrong thing you might corrupt the file. Redownloading the file is the best option.

I did (It didn’t work), so I ended up deleting everything and redownloading it. And it’s still not working. Any ideas?

EDIT: Redownloading worked fine
