RIP 9000s: Virtual Transfers and Railtour

Changing plans... A SG3 will pull my train, as it goes into the metro network.

There seems to have been some miscommunication, Simvliet is completely unaware that these trains were coming, so upon arrival they threw them into the river. To clarify, this is NOT a fault of the driver who delivered them and the train was delivered in one piece. It was caused by the local authorities refusing to sign the paperwork and the harbour master not wanting to pay for storage himself.

If you don't like it, just send back to Rijndam...

Right! ...Or, he could have stripped them there for spare parts for the SG3s. ..... WAIT! Simvliet's authorities just wasted resources! All that metal and fabric could have been used for refurbishment to the S/MG2/1s! Shame on you, Simvliet!

For Simvliet transfers, we will transfer 2 units at a time using either 2 Locos or a 5700 set. All systems, including brakes, must been switched off on the 9000. 6 Drivers to volunteer please!

I'm one of 6 !

The private owner requests that his train be parked up at the depot just beyond Strandboulevard (so yes, we must wait). This will be driven as a normal train. 1 Driver to volunteer please!

Lastly, I need 1 driver to get 9001 to Transport Museum. Take 9001 on Line 1. You may need to do some shunting in the depot!

Unfortunatley, someone got to the museum transfer before you.

@Citadis, you can join me towards Noordvliet, and then, you may drive 9001 from Noordvliet (reversing track) to the museum, as someone has to drive the SG3 back to Molenwijk (I opted to drive in the metro network, in order not to cause delays when reversing at the railway network).

I will ask Sjoerd to make temporarily changes on line M1 timetables, in order to give priority to the special Transportmuseum run.
