If it's really needed, I could consider doing another "light" version: Rijndam 2022 Railways Only.
In that case it would be:
Want to use only the metro/tram network? Use an earlier version of Rijndam.
Want to use only the Railways part? "Rijndam 2022 Railways Only."
Want to use it all: Rijndam 2022 v1.3

But first lets see how it goes when 3.15 is available

My idea would be an extension of the railway after the Rijndam Airport to the north, maybe something like Schiphol and Hoofddorp (with the fly-over) and another HSL that’s a little longer to another town/city. That way you have two HSL sections connected via the Rijndam Airport.
