The Horny Horn

Post by Sgt_DeBones »

I've had this question for years now. Will there ever be a point in time when the horns are held instead of one simple push? I like to honk at crossings properly. An example: HOOOONK HOOOONK HONK..... HOOOOOOOONK... or

When you push that key, the sound file for the horn will start playing. Every time you push that key, it restarts (it doesn't have to finish first). So press it as often and fast as you like :D

That's what I been doing for the past 5 years and to be honest, it doesn't fulfil my drought. Plus it doesn't make that sweat little quicky honk. I'm just saying I hope the a hold feature is added in the future. Especially before any rolling stock like a P865/P2020 gets added... if that ever happens.

Bet? Actually, it'll most likely have the SG2 sounds

Also, the horn of the P865 is the same horn used on the SD160 as shown in the first video.
