However, MG2 was late about the working progress...

It was never announced, someone just added it in the wiki.

Well, I don't know how made it, but I think MG2 showed us some screenshots...

Just like I showed pictures of Simvliet Lightrail, that doesn't mean it will be ready in the next version.
