Never uncouple a train on block 247, just after the yard wye junction. It will result in a CVL bug.

Have you tried hovering over each individual block in the CVL? The outter circle track between Govan and the wye junction is what I'm referring to. Govan itself is 246.

What problem did you encounter? What exactly did you do, what were you expecting to result from that, and what happened instead?
