Yes. As far as I was able to find out, Glasgow has three of these;

To be able to run on non-electrified tracks, I had to define it as a diesel locomotive in the simulator (leaving the diesel engine sounds out). Therefore, to start driving, 'activate' the batterypack first with Ctrl+E (after activating the cab with Ctrl+F4). ;)

I'll take the RET locomotives out of the activities; they really look too large in this environment anyway :D

Yes, Glasgow Subway has three battery locomotives, numbered L2 to L4.

L2 and L3 were delivered in 1978 and were built by Clayton:

Another locomotive, L4, was acquired in December 1988. This locomotive has a different cab:

I have modeled the locomotive based on that picture of the L3 I posted (and another picture from the other end), and I have numbered them L1, L2 and L3.
The L1 has been fitted with a Scharfenberg coupler to connect to the new trains, the L2 and L3 have a wedgelock coupler to connect with the old trains (and service carriages).

I'll take the numbers off the L1 and add a Clayton logo to make it look more like this one:

Just one type, but at least with this you can also run a proper maintenance train into the tunnels (So no passenger motorcar with RET flatbeds anymore :D );
