"De trein richting Rijndam Noordvliet vertrekt van spoor 2" (The train in the direction Rijndam Noordvliet departs from track 2)?
That is not correct ; Noordvliet is not in Rijndam. It is a separate town near Rijndam (the same with Rijnwoude, 's Gavendijk, Lierdijk, Westwoud and Denia).

Just like Vlaardingen is not part of the city Rotterdam, although it does have stations on the Rotterdam metro network.

(But I do like the echo effect of the announcement )

What he says before repeating the announcement? Den Haag? I think it's near Rotterdam too...

The female announcement quality was absolute crap compared to the male announcements, so male it is!!
