I don't see a problem with your specs. I've no idea why you should buy a new graphics card. The GTX1050 is more then enough for the simulator.

Ah. Thanks. Can I play Mtero Simulator at 60+ FPS with my specs?

Probably not 60+ fps but more like 45 fps in big routes like Rijndam with lots of traffic. Videocard will handle it just fine, my videocard barely gets over 33% load, the CPU does a lot more work. And about that, the i5 2400 is a rather ancient processor, it will run fine but I wouldn't expect 60 fps with it. Then again, 40fps works just fine for this game.
