@sjoerd is there fast and easy way how to change only services given to player at start of scenario? If not, can i please get list of that services in rijndam please?

During an activity, you can get the timetable for the player service by moving your mouse to the right of the screen.
In almost all Rijndam activities, the duty service number is at the top of that list (for example: "Line M4 - service 403"). And by the way; the service number is also visible in the CVL screen; it is the first 3 digits of the '4 digit and 2 letter' train number.

As I said; Metrosimulator \ Data \ Routename \ Activities.

Then you should change your windows settings; some people set that to "hide extensions", in which case you see only the name of a file, and not the *.act, *.bmp, *.jpg, *.txt and so on. If you want to do any work/programming on your computer, you have to turn off that "hide extensions".
Re-installing the program won't solve this.

And no; I can not tell you how to turn off "hide extensions", as my computer is in Dutch; so I do not know the English names of the Windows menu screens you have to go trough.

I have told (and shown) you where to find the files, two methods how to discover the service number of your train, and which pieces of code to remove in order to disable the automatic AI-activation function on that service. By now, you should be able to do it. ;)
