Bugs in the New Version of Simvliet 2020 and Rijdam V1.3

Post by JamesBond00737 » 07 Oct 2019, 08:09

Thank you for this great game.
I dicovered three bugs.
In Simvliet 2020 the new version the metro of line D opens the door in Hagening Cetraal on the wrong side where no platform is placed.

In Rijdam 2022 V 1.3. the Tram Line T1 drives at Rijdam Central often to the track where T4 should drive and there it puts automatically the pantograph down and isn't able to put it up again to continue the line T1 which means the Lines are blocked here.

In Rijdam 2022 V 1.3. I have the problem that in Rijdam Central the cargo Train blocks the departue of a lot of other Trains in Rijdam Central so the traffic of trains is blocked everytime.

I hope you could soon fix those bugs that would be great. Thank you for your development and keep up the good work.

Sincerly

I have solved it by removing the default "pantograph down" from the stopmarker at the end of the platform. An alternative "pantograph down" marker is present for AI-vehicles moving into the APS zone (as well as a "pantograph down" instruction in the T4 routes in the CTD file).
In Rijdam 2022 V 1.3. I have the problem that in Rijdam Central the cargo Train blocks the departue of a lot of other Trains in Rijdam Central so the traffic of trains is blocked everytime.
This has been solved as I have changed the track layout, and with it the instructions for the CVL in the CTD file.

While you wait for the version 1.3.1 release (will be very soon), here's what you can do to solve it right now (effect: if the freight train ends up in the loop just outside Rijndam Central Station, it will get stuck there, not re-enter the station, and therefore not bother other trains again): ;)

to fix that, open the CTD file, and find this:

<autoblock start="EG" destinations="N,S,V">
<start>EG</start>
<start>EF</start>
<start>#B1413</start>
<end end="S4" free="S4"/>
<end end="S5" free="S5"/>
</autoblock>

Now just delete that all (and save the file). :D Should the train end up in that loop again, it gets stuck there and it doesn't bother you again. :lol:

It's not really a bug but a small mistake The line M6 has no Line number M6 over the Destination Boards like the other lines and Line M7 has them but in the Linecolour of Line M6.

Its because M6 is a custom Display so it didn't get the Lines option on it

The DRIMs on M6 and the Airport shuttleservice are a copy of the older version of the RET DRIMs (but loaded with other destinations to show). As such, they do not have the feature of showing the line numbers on the top edge. The original RET DRIMs were updated, these were not.
And they are situated on standalone lines (not other service passes them; all trains run on the same line).... I did not see the need to have a static line label on them (the possible result did not outweigh the needed work).
