Now I really learned something. Thank you! Makes some sense actually, as to Stadionweg's relation to beeing where all lines come together, trains to depart there on shedule. But after STD they might get delayed at event days because of a possible traffic jam.

Most trains that travel long distances in Germany are fitted with AFB=Automatische Fahr- und Bremssteuerung=cruise control. But for Metros and commuter trains, where drivers don't get tired so easy, it does not make so much sence.
Also people often want things to do with a Sim that it was not meant to. In a Bus simulator people tried for years to implement trams and when the first tram addon released, people tried to drive it with busses. DLR for BVE was manually controlled and everyone wanted ATO. But when central line released with ATO, guess what, people started driving in manual because ATO is soo boring.

So don't wish something you later do never actually use.

-> the correct abbriviation for Stadionweg is SDW. Station names are usually abbriviated with the first letter of each syllable.
