Re: London Underground trains

(anybody figured out on what railway I am working now, why I'm looking for this as a static object? :D ) The only thing I could think of is a railway museum either on your new map or on Michiel's LU route. Also, I hope that more details will follow both of these new maps because they would add quit...

Re: Rijndam

Here it is: ;) I was just asking it because I wanted to know if you plan freight trains on the Denia branch. I can see that you said that short freight trains could also make use of the dual gauge, however there isn't a proper freight station or siding on the Denia branch. Do you plan adding one pe...

Re: Screenshots & Videos

The VT 98 is a really nice addition; good job, Sjoerd! ;)
Here's my first screenshot featuring it, however I plan to do a lot more, especially once Rijndam Railways comes out.

Re: Rijndam

Thanks for looking at my problem!
Now, I only have one more question: what's the story behind making the Denia line dual gauge in Rijndam Railways?

Re: Rijndam

I know this is a little offtopic, however I was playing with the Denia railway in Rijndam 2006 with a 2 car FGV train (one 2000 and one 2010 unit) and I noticed that with the 2000 unit, the maximum acceleration was 0.70 m/s, however with the 2010 unit, it was only 0.32 m/s. Is this a bug or intentio...

Re: Rijndam

Would you consider adding Denia Spoorplein or any other new station on the Denia branchline to keep things interesting?
Other than that, good job on the timetable. There's no better alternative than that. :)

Re: Rijndam

That's probably why the VT98 has trailers (VB98 and VS98) with bagage compartments inside the vehicle; so they didn't have to drive around with a VB141 anymore, looking like tourists going to a camping :D However, the VB 141 was based on similar luggage trailers used by some Swiss trains at the tim...

Re: Rijndam

I just see a lot of extra work, for not a lot of added value. I think using that time to create new things.... like starting on a new route, would add more value then just making a lot of variations on something I already did. Okay, I didn't realise that it's much more work than just the VT 98. How...

Re: Rijndam

If you want to, you could include not just the BR 798 (VT 98) but also the BR 796 (VT 98 converted for one-man operation), the BR 795 (VT 95) and all the different trailer variations for these. Perhaps you could even do the BR 771/772 (VT 2.09) if you can find material for it. I think we should go a...

However, I just said that having two different timelines could confuse some people.
I'm not confused myself and I think that the alternate Denia will be great.
