Is it possible to add a Class 230 between Zeeburg and Zeeburg Haven in the TRAXX activity, just so there is more life at Zeeburg?

Service every 10 mins:
Example:
XH 08:00
HX 08:05
XH 08:10 and so on...

In the Activity, the points at Rijndam C don't clear, so trains are waiting outside the station.
