The couplers on the class 230 are of a totally different type; very incompatible.

There is no DDAR in the simulator. But if you mean the RR-DDM.... No; it is only equipped with ATB-EG. So if you want to bring one to Zeeburg, you will need to couple a TRAXX locomotive in front of it.

Okay, it shows minutes instead of the real departure time, but that was just a concession as the simulator has no other options in that area.
