Train Fever is out of date. Transport Fever is what you mean.

If he adds passengers, they have to be able to move threw the city and have a minds of their own (including j-walkers, hitch hikers, etc. ). Same fore if he adds cars.

Create an activity that trains have to share one track in an area due to maintenance.

Tbh, the bridge wiring looks complicated. But the funny this is, complicated detail, and detail is key(as well as gameplay). So I'm officially changing my vote for overhead wires.
