Probably not 60+ fps but more like 45 fps in big routes like Rijndam with lots of traffic. Videocard will handle it just fine, my videocard barely gets over 33% load, the CPU does a lot more work. And about that, the i5 2400 is a rather ancient processor, it will run fine but I wouldn't expect 60 f...
