Begging Simulator

Any rapid transit light rail system like Frankfurt or Manchester Metrolink. Infact at this point, maybe the sim should be renamed to RapidTransit Simulator or something since subway (metros) aren't the main focus anymore.

Do we have a replacement developer just in case?

I'm guessing BRT routes are 1-10, and then the tram/light rail are 11-17
