Windows 11 (ARM) on Mac M1?
I'm not really expecting miracles but has anybody managed to get Metro Simulator (Beta 3.17) working on a Windows 11 (ARM) on Mac M1 chip? Would be curious to see the performance.
I'm using Parallels 17 to launch Windows 11.

Re: Question about City of Thames
Well, according to the .xml files there are three trains that do this, even though I never tested them: - Train 422, 19:55 from Beckton Junction: all stops to Aldgate, then fast to Oxford Cross - Train 423, 20:05 from Beckton Junction: all stops to Aldgate, then fast to Oxford Cross - Train 424, 20...

Re: DLR Trains
Perhaps somewhere in the future. I decided a few years ago (when I found the SKP-object) not to do this one, as they are all computer controlled; there is no driver. So to be realistic, you'd have to keep it on AI all the time. Yes, there are driver controls present, but those are only used for shu...
Re: Beta 3.16
Victoria Line has a more generous clearance when built, the 09 stock takes advantage of this and therefore don't fit into other Tube Line's tunnels (i.e. they're not allowed to use the Piccadilly crossover to leave the line). The Central Line has a slightly smaller tunnel size but I don't think thi...

Re: Beta 3.16
Isn't the Victoria Line 2009 stock also slightly larger? Also I understand S-stock operates under 750V, except for the parts that are or can be shared with Jubilee and Piccadilly lines. In the past Piccadilly line could operate up to High Street Kensington (there are some rare videos of 1973 stock ...

Re: LUSS Speed Limit Marker
That’s if the sign has a red circle around it if I’m not the mistaken. On the other hand, the sign with the black circle, in the row below, says “change speed after cab has passed” It's actually the reverse - check the Virtual District Line guide here: https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1NnMzDSP9G9...

I'm pretty sure on the London Underground system, for speed increases it applies right after the train passes the speed board, without needing to wait for the entire length of the train to pass. Or am I misremembering?

Re: Beta 3.16
Can confirm some of them are not placed correctly. I find it easier to ignore the signs and try to park as close as the end of the platform instead. Actually, they are placed correctly, these are to show short platforms and are a thing that happens on the real underground. The trains themselves hav...
