The 5500's were specifically ordered for the RandstadRail Line E between Rotterdam and The Hague, 5600's replaced the older 5200's and the 5700's for the Hoekse lijn extension and for more metros on line E. 5500's and 5600's were ordered in 2005 and the 5700's in 2014. 5500's were bulit between 2008...

One option for the A line is that it can terminate at Zoutplas Campus and goes out of service to the tailtrack at Hageningen Noord.

There are only 22 5500 metro's. Maybe if you can add the 5700 series metro in the timetable as well. But the problem is that there is not enough space for stabling the trains. Does line A also go to Strandboulevard or its just the D thats going there?

Just followed that green grass path and indeed it goes to Simvliet Centraal. But Im wondering if they will move Simvliet Centraal metro station to another place or Simvliet Centrum has to be redone.

Piccadily Square station on the blue line is based on the Elephant and Castle station on the Bakerloo line.

No it's not just a metro thing. It also involves trains. It depends what name which company is using. On the Rotterdam Metro they call theirs ATB even though its officially called LZB (Linienförmige Zugbeeinflussung, it's a german name). ZUB is just called Zugbeeinflussung .
