Re: MAIB: Metro Accident Investigation Buro

I got one today! Today (15th of september 2019), when I was on duty with Legend (81-717) in Rijndam on Line M4, On 13:45 (1:45 PM) I stood in station Burcht on second platform, heading to Rijndam Airport and loading passengers, when suddenly Mika aka MetroSimGermany crashed into my train with his Bl...

Re: Might be interested in this...

That train, *mimics tf2 heavy* it is so tiny!
What power supply it has? It is diesel powered or battery powered, because it doesn't have 3rd rail shoes or panto?

Edit: Didn't read first post properly. I am such a ignoramus.

Re: CVL command

There's also VVI and VVO to enable or remove the station block if you're ahead of schedule True. I forgot about them. I also use them, for example when I drive the train in explore mode and I have to leave the computer for some reason (need to go the bathroom, someone called me to help him/her), so...

Re: CVL command

To be honest, I've never heard of these commands aswell. I should try them soon. Until now I only used "RWI" (set junction route), "RWO" (cancel junction route), "TWZ" (give train a number) and rarely I used "SPLIT" (split train number during decoupling) commands. Also there's one thing. When you ca...

Re: Clarification over Wiki Edits

Well, I regularly keep an eye on the "recent changes" page, and if I see any changes have been made to pages relating to my work which I do not agree with, then I'll revert those changes. ;) So that's, why my edit on "PCC tram" wiki page was removed. I gotta admit, that I proabably went too far and...

Re: Screenshots & Videos

Both tracks are now under RET control, and overhead power supply has been reduced to 750V DC. If a freight trein needs to use it, one of the two tracks (the south side track) is assigned to the freight train (using diesel power), while RET metro's wil temporary use the other track (the north side o...

Re: Screenshots & Videos

Why? It's not needed. It happens in reality too; If there is a single freight destination along the line, you won't expect more then 1-2 trains per day. Building a 3rd track just for that just adds a lot of unnecessary costs. Well I am confused about this picture. I'll try to describe it. 1st descr...

Re: Idea

I am not tired of adding more lines to the network.... The main question is just; can it be handled by your computers? If yes, then I can perhaps add an alternative (normal railway) route to Zeeburg at a later moment. If no, then new route projects must also mean starting a new map. But ofcourse; s...

Re: Screenshots & Videos

It will just couple without problems to either a coupling like itself or to a buffer&chain only coupling. Just like the real thing on Dutch DDM trains. Just with the buffer&chain variant, in reality the actual connection has to be done manually (not needed in the sim). Well, it's shame, that CD 471...
