How can I get DirectX?

Every time I try launching 3.15 on Windows 10, it pops up with a grey screen for a few seconds and then closes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still happens. Help?

Which folder in the Metro Simulator folder? Would it go into custom?

I have been trying to add the S7/S8 London Underground Rolling Stock from the Wiki page download, but I can't figure out how to get it working. Any ideas?

I am new to this, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to get MetroSim Beta working on Windows 10.
