Because the editor does not come with a manual, and there is a lot you need to learn before you can use it (especially the CVL part). Bear in mind that on the network already, the line letters are on the name boards so this must mean that Line C goes here. There seems to be another line to. So 2/4 lines go to Simvliet West Looking into it more, it's a blue so it could be line B but it's a lighter shade. ;) :?: What colour is Line...
